Electronics turn on and off when driving - HELP

driving this morning I noticed that my gauges and radio and everything turned on and off rally quick. Flickered. Did that twice. I don't think the engine turned off. Hard to tell. But other thing I noticed was my car turns on pretty roughly. Just now as it turns on it makes a loud click noise when turning on. The car would stay at a steady 14.7 volts when driving after it flickered. I'm afraid my car will die when driving... Any suggestions?

Yes! For starters
Check both the positive and negative battery cables for corrosion. If you can move either one by hand they are loose. Tighten the battery clamps.

But if the battery is disconnecting wouldn't that re set the ecu. Like my mpg would be zeroed out. My saved profiles would be cleared and stuff. Which didn't happen.

You sure your auto headlights aren't coming on and off while going through a tunnel or something?

If your headlight switch in in the "auto" position move it to off
