I was having the same problem with peeps not being able to hear me when answering the phone in the car. I did the below change to the phone (iPhone 7) and it now works for me.

Settings > General > Accessibility > Call Audio Routing: Change it from 'Automatic' to 'Bluetooth Headset'.

Ever since I downloaded 10.3, I've had no issues. Knock on wood...

Also can confirm that 10.3.1 has the fixed problem with incoming calls. Goes directly through Bluetooth and do no have to manually change. Still having bad quality on other end but that's another problem.

I'm on 10.3.3 beta and no issues, but Infiniti did have to update my software on my Nav unit when iOS 10 wasn't playing nicely with their software.

I've been doing some research and it seems to only be affecting the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. Can anyone confirm/deny that?

That is not true. I had a 6+ and now I have the new X and its not so much the phone but the O/S, as both were updated to IOS 11.xx.

Stopped by an Infiniti dealer last week and they said they are waiting on the updated DVD to correct this and hope to have it by March they told me.

As a side note, I have an iPod Touch (newest gen.) and its running 10.3.3 and works fine.

Bottom line its IOS 11 that is causing issues.

i had an iphone 7 plus on verizon, and bluetooth never worked right, tried everything i could and still nothing. I think i was on ios 10 as well, so its either hardware related or apple is using there own bluetooth protocol that isnt working properly.

Did they say there would be a TSB for it?

I'm having the same problem, when I stream through bluetooth, the music comes through fine. The track info and time shows up for a split second then either freezes or disappears, it doesn't come back. Is that what you guys are experiencing as well?

I have a 2011 G37x w/nav and an Iphone X with IOS 11.2.2.
