Rear V2 diffuser is very easy to install. Problem is waiting time, up to 3 months
The red light at the bottom is called F1 and could be found on ebay.
I wanted to use the one on the 370z but it's too square, the F1 has a nicer shape for the V2 design

yes they have 2 that you can pick from, V1 and V2
Be warned on waiting time, site states about 3 weeks but it will be much more than that.
I myself today had to cancel an order from them for the CF front spoiler for the sport bumper. Order was placed on Dec. 18 and today still nothing with no reason for delay.

I have no DIY
But i used the F1 light as parking only, I didn't want the light to clash with the brake light on the trunk spoiler.
I connected them to the licence plate bulbs, very easy install.

i dont understand why they cant just make a few and have in stock on hand ready to go. especially the popular stuff like the diffusers. idk what theyre saving by waiting for orders and making people wait. theyre probably losing money by people canceling orders for taking too damn long. i was lucky tho i emailed and asked if they had any ready to go and they did so i didnt wait at all lol
