IPL Rear Bumper Paint Doesnt Match

Hey guys so i just bought a new IPL Rear Bumper from Concept Z Performance in Moonlight White. So Customer service was good, but the OEM paint does not match.. Its alot Whiter then my car. Seems to me as well that there is far less Gold pearls then the rest of my car. Ive researched the forums and people have said due to Fresh Paint that it will blend and fade in later on, how true is that? Or do you guys think i should go to a paint shop and get it repainted? Im still waiting on Nicks (Concept Z Perf.) to respond to me. Ill post some pictures in a couple hours!

Don't worry about it .. it's normal.

Paint on metal and Paint on Plastic will never match. If you don't trust me go to your local dealership and check it out by yourself.

Enjoy your new bumper!

Hmm i read that as well, but some people also say that , that is false, Its actually a lot whiter, Noticeably. But wouldnt that be true for my stock sport front bumper? Im just hoping it fades/blends in with some sunlight. Thanks for your input, do you have any mismatching parts as well?
Ill be posting some piccs 2m morning for better lighting so you guys can see. But it is factory oem paint.

So i think i kind of figured out what it is. I noticed that there is alot less pearls when i hold the light up to it, and it seems like its a just one shade too light. Would a blend do anything? Or would i have to get that whole bumper repainted?

Anyone who says you can't match Pearl is full of crap. I have been rocking a 08 Ivory Pearl G and when I get my parts painted they always match.

I concur, shop I use got my bumpers and fender to match when I had to use them. It is a pain in the rear but it can be done.

They may match to you eyes. Some who knows what they're looking at will know that it does not. Cars come from the factory with paint that doesn't always match. What makes you think a body shop is gonna get it right all the time?

Blending is the way to go. And even then depending on what gets painted you can see the cut lines of the new paint job.

Takes time bruhh and the right shop. 90% is better than 50%. Not many shops can deal with pearl.

The problem with owning a white car . I have read that since it's new paint it will be whiter as well (vs paint that has been faded on the car). I've had a white car before and had this same exact problem. I would return the bumper and try else where.
