G37s power lumbar issue

I'm having issues on the driver side power lumbar control. Motor seems kinda of weak so it doesn't really work as it should. There is a little bit of popping noise when i hold the button long enough.

Has anyone had issue with their power seat controls, the power lumbar specifically?

By lumbar controls are you talking about the ones on the sides of the hip? If so, I have been noticing that I can tighten it to the fitting i would like it to, but in less than a minute it would go back to the most loose/wide/default setting. It wouldnt stay at the setting I would like it to.

I have been to an infiniti dealership when I was getting an oil change and asked them about the problem. The person said that the seat is supposed to do that.:confused2:

I then asked a friend of mine with a 2009 G37S to check on it, and sure enough, his was staying at the setting he tightened it to.

Im planning on going back to the dealership to address the issue. I have a 2011 G IPL if it makes a difference...

An air compressor fills a bladder to increase lumbar support. Maybe the bladder has a hole in it?

That's what i'm thinking. Running by the dealership tomorrow. Hopefully can get the whole seat replaced.
