Is there any way to make these suckers shift faster? There is an enormous delay between pushing the paddles and actual gear change.

ya I noticed that too. Definitely sucks.

I believe i've read that ECUtek tuning makes the response much quicker but can't confirm

I didn't have a choice, I bought it used last summer. Used 08's and 09's with MT were not that easy to find.

I'll have to look into that, if it's possible, that would be great.

"DIY Ground Kit". Was very skeptical of this but did it this weekend and it deffently improves paddle shift delay. $10 bucks and 30 minutes of your time for the best bang for buck mod for the AT.

Just wanted to confirm the grounding wires, it will make the shifting much faster and some have reported better audio quality (with stock speakers). Well worth the effort!

The DIY grounding kit! I did my install last night. It took 40 minutes to build the cables AND install the wires. All for less than $20.00 providing you have a crimper and stripper.

As a side note, you will notice a definite improvement in audio quality, but you probably don't care much about that eh?

Fun fact of the day.. Automatic version will always be fastest.. Cough* Bugatti, GTR, Ferrari, Lambos.. but manual is always the fun to drive!
