If you ever think about doing door jambs ....... think about it hard. They are a real paint in the *** unless you take the door and everything off of the car

i've done a little research about wrapping my G. one thing i saw was the vinyl doesn't last too long in the elements.

is that true?

Its true if you don't take care of your car. Wash it regularly and you'll be fine. I've seen wraps last 6 months and I've seen some last 5+ years.
The vinyl itself is good between -30* and 260* before it begins to crack or melt.

It will fade, crack, tear, and wrinkle if you don't take care of it. Keep it clean and it will last you a long time. When washing it, don't point a high pressure hose directly at the vinyl; put it at an angle.

Any advice on how to wrap the trunk? Can't seem to figure it out after 3 tries

I started with the top then moved down the back part while lightly heating it when it started to wrinkle
