Nav Touch Swap with higher Resolution Display 2013 g37

I have a 2013 Infiniti G37 with navigation, I work for a Nissandealership and have noticed that the 2016 and up 370z with navigation now have a higher resolution display than before. It used to be they shared the same navigation system and display set up was practically identical including the display, yesterday when I got into a new Z I noticed the display resolution on the nav had been bumped up and the display was much sharper, considering everything else with navigation and interface appears to be unchanged from previous years, my question is would I be able to simply purchase the display from the new 370z and swap it into my G37 ? Would the parts fit? I want to assume it would because no major parts appear to have changed at all, if anyone knows the specific part numbers for the Displays and whether something like that would works please let me know

This is especially important to me right now because I purchased a grom vline system that plugs into the display system to give me Android auto onto them existing touch display, and it would look so much nicer if I had it working on a higher resolution display in my car! Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Are the radios the same? The part numbers are really close.

For one thing this thread is almost 1 year old, however, for sh*ts and giggles (and mainly because I am bored silly), I went ahead and checked some part numbers.

For the 2016/2017 370z, the screen part number is 28091-1BY3C. This part number also applies to most of the 2010-2016 Nissan/Infiniti lineup including the Z, Murano, GT-R, G37/FX/EX and M's. The newer, "redesigned" models like the Q50/60 and such use different screens mainly due to the integration of the "In-Touch" nonsense.

In a nutshell, the displays are the same. The AV unit stores different graphics and such which, based on the model and configuration, provide a different interface or "look."

Incidentally, that same part number/screen- originally from a 2014 Q60- is currently in my '08 from when I did the NAV swap.

In 2014 Nissan switched from buying the screens from Matsu****a to buying from Toshiba. The resolution is SUPPOSED to be the same, as the supply signal didn't change, but Matsu****a doesn't make a 7" touch panel, so they went with Toshiba since it was cheaper to buy all panels from the same manufacturer. The part number didn't change because they're interchangeable, but they do look different.
