I would keep searching only because, for me anyways, if I'm gonna buy a car for that much I want no accidents and in great condition. If you have to go out of state so be it. I live in MA and traveled to northern NJ (5 hrs) to save 4 grand on mine. All it cost me was a 35 dollar bus ticket. Worst case scenario if I didn't buy the car I would of just made a weekend out of it and partied in NYC.
