Go with the Stillen front plate bracket! I got one when I ordered my new bumper and it works like a charm. It does not rub or move at all.

This is a little off topic... I'd like to pull my front plate bracket but the screw holes will obviously remain in the bumper. Besides filling, sanding and repainting, any suggestions on how to cover the holes? It would be nice if there were plugs available but I suspect the odds are about the same as a troop of silver back mountain gorillas flying out of my butt.

You could spend a bunch and buy a set from bumperplugs, or you could go down to your local NAPA and find two that work for like $1.50, and paint them yourself.
