I have an 08, and any of the issues that people are explaining, are true, but the dealer gladly handles that for u. My exhaust was fixed, door handles replaced, and brakes checked and cleaned for free. I have to say though self healing paint sounds bad ***.

Yeah I had to check to make sure im not going crazy, but my 09 does have the 6 cd in dash changer. ill try to take a picture of it later this week. I need to take before after pics anyways. have a few parts coming in this month.

I do not have the Nav/backup camera package though if that matters.

It's a type of resin. Supposedly if you want the scratch to fill in faster you just poor warm water on it to speed it up. It only works for about 3 years, so if you bought an 09 in say November 2008 by the end of next year it probably wouldn't work anymore.

Still kinda cool. I'm guessing that only the surface hardens, and what is underneath remains liquid. The scratch happens, the liquid bleeds into the scratch and the surface again hardens... Like what happens when you get a paper cut. After a few years the resin fully dries though so it no longer works.

I'm trying to be clear here, you have a 2009 6MT Coupe? because I do not have a 6 disc cd changer in my 09, my 2008 had one though. I have some sort of hard drive to load the music on to, but I can not insert more than 1 cd. Have you tried to load multiple cd's? maybe I'm going crazy. Does anyone else here with an 09 have a in dash 6 disc changer?

Haha yeah sorry i have a 09 G37S coupe. I dont have the navigation and the backup camera. I also dont have the port for the hard drive I wish i did. I just went to lunch and checked while i was out. It is a 6 cd in-dash changer. I feel like since yours has the hard drive, it doesnt have the in-dash changer. I have two cd's in it now.

Sorry not trying to thread jack with this, but it kinda pertains

OHHHHH, now it makes sense, I have nav on my 09, maybe that's why I dont have an in dash changer like my 08 did? I think I had nav on my 08 too I can't remember...hmm.

Infiniti removed 6 disc changer for 09 (Models only Nav Pack,)
They thought that 6 Disc changer were useless b.c of hard drive that can record music (OR they wanted to cut down the cost lol)

Comparing 08, 09 VS. 10, 's dashboard. I personally prefer red light needles which suits more of our sport coupe. All blue and white for 10 seems like what Lexus or MD would use. But I want 10's high resolution screen tho.

This is strange...I just got a 2008 g37 coupe, with nav and sport....don't have a 6 cd changer though...or at least if I do, I don't know how to load more than once cd ...no load button like my friend has in his 2004 g35 coupe

2008 should have the in dash changer. they took it out for the 2009 (with nav). I thought this was kind of dumb but I honestly never use my cd player... I either rip music or play off memory

the scratch shield paint is pretty cool imho. I had the 08 without the scratch shield and I can see micro-marring .... my 09 has marks but it's no where near as bad.

Man i never looked at the difference between the 08 and 09 until now. I never even used my CD player in my 08 lol. I love my car and the heated seats switches cause its flush and does not look like two nipples sticking up.

haha that is a good psychological strategy to make something feel better.
So all the bimmers and Audis Mercedes have nipples sticking out while all the hondas and 08 infiniti have three button and one in the middle that doesnt even push down. lol
I didn't like 08's layout of these buttons and that was one of reasons why I choose 09. lol
