why cant i do a burnout??? and wth is icy???

i have a g37 at and i cant do a standstill burnout.

Icy is whenever the outside temperature is below 37 degrees. Sounds like you should search here on the forum or RTFM.

You also have an auto....you should still be able to do it but it is much harder.

Standstill burnout in auto is almost impossible without some major abuse on your drivetrain and or brakes.

If it is a cold day/night or if the surface is slight damp you can break loose pretty good though.

brake..then flooor the gas and after a second let go of the brake and ull have a nice standstill burnout with a burnout take off

yea i got my g37 today and i attempted to christen it with some burning rubber and the only way to do it is to let go of the brake.

yea i went to the 1/8th mile track and i was abble to spin the tires i the burnout pit but not standing still... only moving forward. but it was a badass burnout. ill b posting videos soon...

I can do it no prob. But the 4 door G35 does it like a champ. All the way across the intersection wit the traction off.

it has something to do with the 4 wheel abs not being able to power break these cars.

i remember trying to do it in my 6mt coupe and everytime i went to the brake the rpms would shut down.

yup!!!!! i did it again and i realized taht a light turns on thats says slip. oh ad yea i will be posting videos of me and my boys 350z drifting our cars at the university parking lot!!!!!!!!
