Is it me or does the taillights remind you of the Maxima's taillights from just about every angle except when directly looking from the back?

... but still would love to see it in person to make a final judgment

G37's rear is too bulbous, tail light isn't as sharp/aggressive, front bumper areas are too soft, hood line is too wavy, the car lost it's character....
but again, just my opinion, if you like the g37... it's all you....

First thought was da** this thing is a blimp. Then we started comparo pics side by side and the G37 is truly more muscular looking. There is really no way you can say it is not. Now the back end looks bloated but I'd tap that ***. Holla Oh and the spoiler I hope that is an option you can take off cause' that is totally to luxurious for this car.

These are the first pics I've seen where my reaction was not too favorable. I'm still gonna wait until I see it in person to decide whether or not I like it. I will say this...the new Altima looks worse than the 1st gen. Seen it several times and it looks worse every time. The Maxima gets worse every change. The obvious evidence is not looking really favorable at this point....but let's wait until the jury is in.

the g37 looks a little more classy then the g35. i guess infiniti is now targeting the non-ricer group. good decision in the long run. i guess infiniti got tired of getting all those riced out coupes back when the lease was over.
i mean think about it. you own a car dealership. u lease out 200 cars, only 10 of the 200 decided to purchase it. the other 190 came back with bent rims, painted interior parts, leaking headlights with black housing and some stupid LED crap krazy glued to it, stupid overlays on tailights, blue interior lighting, missing emblems, broken camber kit which were installed upsidedown, cold air intakes with were cut in half to prevent hydrolock, missing engine cover, cracked fiberglass body kits, not the real one, but a damn replica, oem spoiler self installed and way off, painted calipers that are now cracking and so on.
if you have anyone to blame, its those damn ricers bring the car back all riced out. damn ricers. grow up arleady.

No contest- original G35 is much better. Front end and rear end are better on the original. Original is cleaner and to me, looks more expensive, unique, and not as cheap. For some reason the G37 looks cheaper to me, even though they tried to make it more "refined".
