Installed BC Racing coilovers...have a question who have installed these...
 

Install was fairly straightforward.

Rear, had to unbolt the rear sway bar so I can dremel out the lower arms for more camber.

I like a soft ride so I went with a setting of "6" on the F, "5" on the R.

QUESTION:

The REAR LEFT SIDE, I had to crank down the coil to lower it a lot more than the REAR RIGHT SIDE for the rear stance to be even.

Anyone else run into this?

Normal. That's the benefit of coilovers. I didn't know your in WA. I'm in Lakewood. Where you located? Also you shouldn't be dremeling the subframe for camber. Adjustable arms are what's needed.

Well...I would have used adjustable arms if they make them for a 'vert. No one does.

So I bought two pairs of these, which requires dremeling the bolt hole opening more:

I see. That sucks. Vert guys have it bad.

Those bolts are more so to get your toe in spec. Adjustable arms help with the camber. As long as the toe is in spec you shouldn't chew through the tires as quickly.

My height adjustment was the same. Left side always sat a bit higher and with the passenger side maxed, the driver's side was still un-even. Took quite a bit of tweaking to get them within an eighth of each other.

Car is dirty as heck and JUST got done w/the install and adjusting the height. Going to get it aligned tomorrow. Will report what camber settings I end up with w/the adjustable arms and rear bolts.

I have some rubbing in the rear so I think it's the bracket and liner. Going to have to pull the wheels and shave that stuff.

Which springs did you go with?
I ended up upgrading to swifts as the stock ones were way too soft. It's nice when you are just cruising, but once you are in the twisties or country roads with dips, it was highly unpleasant.

Stock BC Racing.

If my springs too soft, I'll adjust the shocks to be firmer. Seems OK so far tho. Gotta drive it more.

What were the results of the alignment?

-2.1 camber. Don't recall caster/toe, but all in spec.

Spec is -1.8 to -1 I think, so I'm slightly more neg. Not bad me thinks.

No not at all. Especially with no Adjustment arms
