Wheels that will fit 2010 G37 conv

Could y’all please give me some examples of 20 inch wheels that will fit a 2010 Infiniti G37 conv? I can’t seem to find any online. Does the G37 conv have different wheels than the coupes? I would like black or maybe alloy wheels 20 in.

With a convertible it's best to find staggered wheels, the same wheels with different offsets, or use spacers in the back if you want to run the same wheels all around.

The rear width of the convertibles are wider than the coupe, and the coupe is wider than the sedan.

Just an example, a 20x8.5 +25 offset in front running 245/35/20 tires and a 20x10.5 +25 in back running 285/30 would be a good fit at the fenders on a convertible but would poke a bit on a coupe in the back.

If you want the same size tires like a 255/35/20 all around you could run 20x9 +30 front and the same wheel but a +15 in back.

And lastly you could run the same wheels above with a +30 offset all around and get a 15mm spacer for the back, you could then do a true 4 wheel rotation to extend tire life.

Thanks for that information man. It helps a lot. Do you have any examples of the first option you stated? I like having the wider wheels in the back- it looks good.

blnewt is right. I found that if you search for G35 coupe wheels you tend to find a bigger selection. Most will fit your G37 vert as well. I would suggest 20/11 in the rear. I currently have 20/9 +18 front and 20/10.5 +25 rear. My wheels were on my G35 coupe first.

If you go into "Want to lower my vert" thread I have a few pics. My set up is close to what blnewt posted. Lower offset up front, same size tires.

Also the wheels for the 370z, especially the more aggressive Nismo sets are a good fit on the verts. The fronts are a bit conservative at a 19x9.5 +40 but the back is a perfect 19x10.5 +23, so a small spacer in front and you'd have it just about aces!
Nismo specs are at teh bottom of this link

Nissan GT-R wheels are also an option but they come in 20" and again, would probably want a spacer in front but the back is like the Nismo set.

20x11 for the rear is good, as long as the offset is right and you are willing to be Extremely careful with curb / pothole / other road crap. Even with 285 wide tire, you'll likely have an exposed lip. I was thinking about 305 to protect the wheels, but it will need some serious measuring / rubbing considerations.

I'm in the same boat, ready to upgrade wheels and finding it hard to search for particular offsets. Finishing up my suspension when I find some time to do it.

I have a 2009 G37S Vert and just bought 20x9 front and 20x10 rear. Can anyone help me with the perfect tire size? I want the tires to stick out a little farther than the rim to prevent curb rash... I have to parallel park all the time. Thanks!

Do you know what offsets you've got, that will help determine how wide you can go w/ the tires.

Help!!!

I want to buy new rims and I have a friend who wants to purchase my stock rims but I'm not quite sure they will fit on a convertible.

My stock rims: 225/50zr18 (2008 Black G37 Journey Coupe)
will these fit on a 2010 convertible with staggered rims? I've been searching the forum but it is unclear. The specs I could find for a 2010 convertible show as the Sport package at P225/45R19 (front) & P245/40R19R. I read that the offset is diff on the convertibles and the sport pkg has larger brakes. I'm thinking that they will not fit. Can anyone confirm if these will fit? Hers are super scratched up and I have already found the 20"s that I want to purchase.

These are what I will be purchasing soon for my Black G37 coupe. I don't want to be like everyone else with black on black rims and loved he machined black look on my 20"s on my XLR.
