What are you guys trying to do? Remove the headrest?
Remove the back cover of the seat (this will vary depending on if you have heated/cooled seats or just standard seats), disconnect the harness, pull up headrest to full stop, reach up (from inside seat) and press in the plastic retainers, and the headrest will pop right off.
I have these installed on my Coupe seats, not hard at all but you do have to open up the seat back.

Zip open the back of the seat, disconnect the harness, pull up headrest to full stop, reach up (from inside seat) and press in the plastic retainers, and the headrest will pop right off.

Trying to get the headrests metal "prongs" out 1/2 an inch.
Once you remove the seat back and disconnect the wiring connector, you will have to reach in and slide the plastic locking tab IN while lifting the headrest UP. Once that lock is pressed in the headrest will slide right out.
