Question snake bite dents

I have a 2013 g37 with 22k miles. my warranty expires in 3 weeks. purchased new. on 8/1/17 I noted matching symmetric dents in my roof panel, as noted by other owners in the past. My dealership is being ridiculous and has insisted that there was something in the trunk-- which there was NOT. I have exhausted my resources there and have moved on to customer service. looking for any tips on what i need to ask for as far as diagnostics for the roof alignment to get this taken care of. They did not do ANY testing other than putting my roof up and down a few times. I know there are codes, hydraulic testing, etc out there. Any help (fast!) is much appreciated.

Where on the roof panel are they? I have to take mine in soon because one of the flaps is not sitting flush since it was replaced. I'll check for the marks and see what they do about it. My factory Infiniti warranty is up in October.

a picture of what you are complaining about would be nice.

Yes this is a common complaint among the convertibles. This has been discussed previously here with some dealers assisting with the issue.

Good Luck

Yep, I got em... and I thought it was something one of my kids had done untill I realized it was on both sides. Read through the linked thread. Hopefully there isn't as much dealer push back now in 2017.

Believe me, I scoured the forums and read every thread I've found. I talked again with Customer Service today, they said the dealer was supposed to call me today, but no one has contacted me. So frustrating. I am not optimistic at this point, doesn't sound like the dealership service department even knows how to *check* the roof function in any diagnostic fashion.
