Lost Key Fob

My 2 y/o niece visited last week and she has a tendency to pick things up and hide them. Well she picked up my G keys and put them somewhere and for the life of me we cannot find them.

Does anyone know if there is a device that will locate fobs based on the signal they emit?

I dont know about the security chip but i know they have fob testers that test if the battery is ok in the fob for the unlock features. Again I dont knwo about the security feature of the fob if its constantly emitting.

There's no such device that can locate car's FOB, but I know there are trained dogs who can sniff out cell phones( have to be on) in the check-in luggage at the Airports, may be cell phone detector dog can be trained to sniff out FOBs..
