New G37S Convertible - Rattles?!?

UPDATE:
My 2010 still rattles, been to the dealer numerous times, they did many updates, foam, lubricant , liner, etc ; the problem goes away but comes back. I mention it every time I take the car for oil change and I get a loaner for days at a time, the noise seems gone in the first few days after service but comes back..
I am at about 40K miles and worried what to do when warranty expires.. If I buy extended warranty will it covers rattles??
The dealer I used was Infiniti of Montclair, CA
Any help from you guys would be appreciated!

Giving back my 2010 lease today. Considered buying it out but the rattle is too persistent and too embarrassing to want to keep the car. Everyone who rides with me when the top is up mentions it. Top down is great, top up is a lemon.
