Part the car. And recoup your money by selling all additional items that was purchased for the car (non original parts).

Yeah think thats what im going to do but even If I lower the price by doing that , people still seem to love to low ball it even lower

Don't worry about the Cheapskates, You're car will sell. Take of the MODS and sell it privately as STOCK or to the Dealership as it has more value Stock. Only a car enthusiast will value this car and give you the price you're asking for.
