Thats a curb indent nothing a $300 mobile dent guy can't fix. Will be fixed upon sale. Here's a front shot for more clarification.

If you will turn on the thumb nail version they will show up bigger right off the bat...hope this helps

that damage does not look fixable without a repaint IMO

Hmm... Well if Satori said it will be fixed upon sale, I guess its not a big deal then... Just as long as he doesn't go with a mobile dent guy... Would definitely need to be painted IMO...
