This Q60 photoshop looks more believable...
If this is real, no more sport compact. But Infiniti could FINALLY be ready to compete with BMW, Mercedes, etc. (or at least try)

Assuming we're talking the general sport luxury market and not solely the enthusiasts, from my experience, most of the market categorize these level of cars as being either German or not German. I don't think it will compete any more than it already does just because of the design change due to a significant gap in heritage between Japanese and German made vehicles. There's a strong element of truth to why they say many people buy a car more for the brand name than anything else. (at least in SoCal they say that)
That said, the rear looks better than the G, but not the front. The front grill looks a bit more subtle and dull IMO. The lights look more commonplace than on the G too.

do you guys remember the thread when the new g37 sport came out last year or so,everyone was hating on the front bumper. now pretty much everyone on here is rocking the very same bumper which was hated by the very same folks.
like the saying goes, "it will soon grow on them" and everyone will like it.
