Bought it used in as new condition. No scratches, dents, etc. It's 3-4 years old. Regardless of age I don't think I've ever had an exhaust come apart. I've had aftermarket exhausts, custom made locally, etc sometimes putting 100k miles on them. Between seeing their cats crack because of a lack of mounting brackets to this muffler coming apart with maybe 15k miles(total) on it, I really doubt I'll purchase this brand again, new or otherwise. I work 12 hour shifts in production so I can't sit on the phone with anyone. I have emailed 4 times in 2 weeks with no response though. I've offered to just buy a replacement section. We'll see one day I guess.
