If I remember correctly, the throttle bodies are supplied with coolant, ostensibly to prevent icing.
OP, I think there are test strips that will reveal if there are hydrocarbons in the coolant. If exhaust is mixing with coolant, you have a failed head gasket and/or cracked head.

Infiniti cars are very few here in the city I live and there is no good mechanic who has experience with the cars and their components

You can buy a pump that screws to the radiator to pressurize the cooling system and perform a leak-down test. It's possible that if there is a cracked head, the crack might be at a valve seat that will stop the leak if the valve is closed.
