Parking brake (leg brake) turns on when accelerating

When I go on drive sport or tiptronic and rapidly accelerate...my parking brake shows up on and off on my dashboard until I ease on the gas. Say when I go 4000/5000 rpm on 3rd gear. Is the sensor screwed up? Anything major to worry about?

Your brake pads are starting to get low. Top up your brake fluid and it won't happen again for a while. Plan on doing brakes in the next while.

Top'd my brake fluid couple days ago so that's not the issue

The little moving plastic bit under the lid of the brake fluid reservoir sometimes gets stuck and forces that light to go on. But likely the case is low brake pads. Best guess based on own experience. Sorry if this doesnt help.
