Unhappy (kinda) new owner- constant clicking in the rear

I've had this problem when I first got my 2013 G37 a few months back. There would be a non-stop clicking noise coming from the rear after I drive for a while and slow down/stop. The noise would disappear once I reach a certain speed and then come back when i slow down/stop.

I did my research in various online forums and everyone pointed to the same problem: rear axles needed some Molykote grease. So I did just that - brought it to a Nissan mechanic who said he was familiar with the problem and a little grease would fix it. It worked well, at least for the first week or two, as I did not hear the annoying clicking noise. But soon after, the clicking noise came back.

Is this a sign of a more serious problem? Should I go to another mechanic and have them apply grease (again)? Or is it something else?

Appreciate the help yall!

If I remember right, the fix is not only grease, but the driveshaft should be rotated 180 degrees as well. Do you know if that was done?

*edit* I did remember right, here is the procedure. http://www.infinitig37.com/TSB/1SB3.pdf

Check swaybar endlinks. If the boot is torn the grease all came out which causes clicking noises when you drive over bumps
