So if I went with this A2A kit I have a few questions.
1. Is the OE crash bar bolted on?
2. Was any fabrication involved in installing the bigger A2A FMIC?
3. if I have this installed with the the SC can I just not install the aftercooler, does it come connected to the manifold?
4. How hard is it to extend the MAF sensors?
5. If I go with the 9PSI pulley right away should I upgrade to 725cc or 1000cc injectors?
6. Will there fuel pump that Stillen provides with the kit be sufficient?

[No. The FMIC is too big to allow oem crash bar fitment. Contact fast intentions to make you an after market one as is supplied with their tt kit. ]
2. Was any fabrication involved in installing the bigger A2A FMIC?
[All fabrication was done during R&D. The kit that's being sold is pretty much plug n play]
3. if I have this installed with the the SC can I just not install the aftercooler, does it come connected to the manifold?
[Got no answer here. Left open for those who actually have the kit. ]
4. How hard is it to extend the MAF sensors?
[I don't think the extension is necessary but you'd have to un pin the wires, cut off the pins, solder on some extensions, then repin. Unless there's an extension supplied with the kit.]
5. If I go with the 9PSI pulley right away should I upgrade to 725cc or 1000cc injectors?
[I like over compensation so I'd upgrade to the 725cc at minimum. But that's just me]
6. Will there fuel pump that Stillen provides with the kit be sufficient?
[I think the kit comes with a walbro 255. If upgrade to the aeromotive 340. Once again, over compensation. ]

1. Is the OE crash bar bolted on?
Yes it is bolted on.
2. Was any fabrication involved in installing the bigger A2A FMIC?
FMIC bolts on without any modification.
3. if I have this installed with the the SC can I just not install the aftercooler, does it come connected to the manifold?
I don't recall if the aftercooler is pre-installed or not, but it's bolted on, so it is easily removeable with the manifold off the car.
4. How hard is it to extend the MAF sensors?
I'm pretty sure the Stillen kit comes with plug and play extended connectors.
5. If I go with the 9PSI pulley right away should I upgrade to 725cc or 1000cc injectors?
I believe someone is running it with the 600cc injectors that came with the kit. I'll have to double check though.
6. Will there fuel pump that Stillen provides with the kit be sufficient?
The fuel pump should be fine.
Yes it is bolted on.

No problem. If you can do it, I highly suggest it. I'm hoping to be finishing up my tuning by next week.
Update: Charles from CJM just finished the upgraded S1 kit. He just shipped one out to me today, so it should be here by Friday and ready for install on Saturday. I will also be upgrading to the Walbro 450 for good measure, since the new design has a built in filter. If all goes well, tuning will resume on Monday and all fueling issues should be resolved.

Update:
I brought the car in on Saturday and it looks like I'm at another set back. The CJM S1 upgrade kit that was sent to me was missing a line, so my shop has to make one, since it would take too long to have Charles send one out.
It looks like the stock wiring for our car will not be good enough to handle the Walbro 450, so I'm going to have to upgrade that as well . Parts should be here on Tuesday, so I'm hoping to pick it up in the evening and run some logs.

He posted pics on it I believe, but it's not fully released yet. As of now, only me and someone else has it. The S1 upgrade includes: rebuilding the fuel pump module, new lines from the pump to the engine, an external filter, relocated regulator to rear fire wall (I kept it in the engine bay).
I actually figured out that there wasn't an issue with my fuel return upgrade. The lines were installed, but my shop was trying to figure out a way to install the flex fuel sensor. Charles is going to make an add-on for that for the kit, so I'll have to install that later on. I'm going to pick it up today and continue with the tuning.

Update:
I'm in the middle of WOT tuning right now and I'm having a hard time finding enough room to actually do it. The car pulls like crazy right now, so I'm catching up to traffic way too fast. Everything is looking good, so I'm hoping to finish up the tuning this week and hop on the dyno this weekend.

I'm actually not sure because I haven't driven the car in boost in a couple months and I was borrowing a tsx for most of the time. After the second revision of the WOT run, I can definitely feel a huge difference though. I actually can't do my logging on some highways because I'm catching up to traffic too fast. I'm having a hard time concentrating on my gauge, since I feel like I'm going to get into an accident lol.
I'll be doing 4th gear WOT runs today and hopefully be done for the weekend. There's a dyno day on sunday, which I'd like to go to.
