Yeah I just saw that too...

Update: Sebastian thinks I have an issue with my fuel return still, so I'm going to have to find a way to monitor my gauge in the bay, while driving in WOT. I'm thinking ghetto duct tape an led in there with a gopro?

I didn't even think about the return, Pressure staying to high in the rail, maybe install a gauge in the rail then take a video? Would still have duct tape involved tho. LOL

Yeah I'll figure something out. I don't see us getting very far into the tuning for a couple weeks at this point. Charles told me that he just finished the design on the new S1 kit, so I may just do that, while my shop goes over the fuel return system again.

It features a custom 2.75" Y pipe for the throttle bodies with relocated MAFs.

Can I buy just the modded y-pipe? I 'd like that plus the frozen boost IC. I've already got have the best cooling mods I could buy and an EcuTek tune. Will the injectors Stillen gives you with the kit be able to support the 9psi pulley? Weill the tune have a lot to do with the injectors I use? I think Stillen's kit comes with 600's. should I up them to 750's right off the bat?

He sell the kit as a full, but I'm sure you could speak with him about it. I'll let you know right now that a good chunk of the cost is from the Y-pipe itself. You will be missing out on plenty gains if you stay with the W-A even with the frozenboost IC, since the W-A system itself is weak (regardless if you add the larger IC or not).

Regardless you will need to re-tune.

There's one person getting tuned with the 600cc injectors and pump that came with the Stillen kit, so we should know for sure soon.

Maybe the aftermarket 370z crash bars fit? I'm having one fabbed by a friend of mine who is a welder.

I'm going with a Frozen Boost W2A IC as I'm not going to mess with the crash bar at all. I may just have EcuTek tuned to measure speed density instead to be safer. Which model Frozen Boost IC did anyone use?

Another alternative would be to find a FMIC that is smaller, so you can use the oem crash bar.

I got the same Frozen Boost IC that everyone else had. I'm pretty sure there are people who have put a sensor in the charge pipe in order to read more accurate IATs btw (If you intend on staying with the W-A). There's also an external SD sensor that SpecialtyZ offers for more accurate SD tuning. I didn't run into any issues with my SD tune, but I was on the stock kit the whole time + coolers.

Frozen Boost website has a bunch of different W2A IC's. Was it a type 55?

Hey you'll use this one and get the fittings at lowes or HD. Things I was looking at when I had mine was a SVT cobra SC pump and resivour. I found them on the SVT performce wedsite, not to $$$ either . You'll also have to either cut your tow hook off( I did that" or flip the bar upside down to fit the frozenboost I had also liked the idea of the dual fans on the heatexchanger.

So you had looked into upgrading to a larger coolant reservoir and bigger fans? I think I'll leave that stuff alone.

Do I need the pump for the intercooler? Never boosted a car so some of my questions are basic.

Nope, you retain the same pump that comes in the kit. It just gets fitted into the existing system.

You can refer to this diagram, so you can visualize it a lot easier: https://vortechsuperchargers.files.w...iagram_450.jpg
