Does the G37S sedan 6spd have a factory oil cooler?

I have been searching for the answer, but all I can find on this site are numerous threads about people who are buying or installing an oil cooler. My guess is that these cars probably do not have an oil cooler.

I thought I would check as I had an '11 370Z that did not have a factory oil cooler and it would get very hot on just a touring event (not even full on HPDE). In 2012 Nissan made oil coolers standard on the 370Z. I thought that maybe the oil cooler would have carried over with the engine to the G37S, but I am guessing probably not. Either way, I will find out as soon as I change the oil.

If not I will definitely add one as my new G37S sedan 6spd. will definitely see some track days. I really wish this car had an oil temp gauge like the 370Z.

Thanks!

Damn. Did any G37 (coupe?)get an oil cooler or did Infiniti get skipped on this entirely?

Bummer. Well, I will add that to my list of upcoming mods so the G can survive track days

I thought SETRAB was Swedish. That's what I had in my Volvo years ago.

Get a Mocal thermostatic sandwich plate too.

After doing much research I have come to the conclusion that if I'm not tracking and I live in a relatively moderate climate (MD), that I don't require an oil cooler.

I'll have all the usual bolt-ons and a tune. Is that the general consensus?

That said, it might be fun to do anyway for a distraction and in the name of the hobby. Probably with a thermostat.

Sean

I'm 7AT so please forgive the minor hijacking or just ignore.

Yes, you should be fine on the street without an oil cooler. Our engines generate lots of heat, but if you go into limp mode on the street it can only be because you have been driving the wheels off the car.
