Engine removal help

This would be a good time to replace the rear timing gasket on your new motor w/ the upgraded metal-enhanced gasket. The cardboard gasket is the weak link in these motors and since you have the motor out of the car I'd definitely do it. Here's a lengthy thread but it's too important to ignore if I were you

Never heard of that.. thanks for the heads up. I actuslly canceled my purchase on the 09 with 28k miles. And a waaaahh better deal from a 2013 with 85 miles....yes 85 miles. Car interior got flooded and it was considered salvaged. Car didn't make it to the dealer still has all the plastic protection from being moved in a trailer.

Also I might aswell throw some headers, and resonated pipes while I'm there.

Wow, much better! And even better yet, the 2013s have the improved timing gasket, so you're good to go!
