Blew my engine
 

I have a 08 g37s 6mt and i blew my engine last fall:mad:. Mods on the car when it blew... :crying:
stillen gen 3s
gtm resonated tp's
exhaust depot y pipe
fujitsubo exhaust .... no tune
i just did my brakes with stoptech slotted rotors stainless lines, hp plus pads , fourtune auto coils with swift springs , hotchkis sways , whiteline endlinks... i hve a full spc camber kit waiting to be installed still

i want to fix the car and was considering the following options

1. oem engine + new clutch - cost 5-8k same power
2. ls swap cost 8k +
3. rb or 2jz
4. return the car to stock and sell it / part it for nothing get something new

Pretty sure someone's going to ask. How did you blow the engine??

He tried to downshift multiple gears, slammed on the gas pedal, the computer couldn't compensate or.....maybe there was a tune.

My guess? Drain oil and change filter. Put drain plug back in. GF calls and bitches/whines about something or other and distracts the poor man. Gets back in car and drives forgetting to do the oil fill. That'll do it...
