I'm getting a new motor..... Mods?

Ok here's the deal... My car needs a new motor. The used motor will cost about $3500 ... My bro is going to do the install. When the motor is out of the car I have the opportunity to do some mods to the new motor before its installed. I'm not familiar at all with what's the best bang for buck mods that I can do while the motor is out of the car... Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Ehh

I'm not really sure... Just looking for some ideas of some things I can do that that wouldn't normally be done without pulling motor cause it's coming out anyway... This could be a stupid question but that's why I'm asking .. Because I'm not familier

Can you recommend any specific brand?

Are you staying NA, Turbos would be nice but you'll need t build it before it goes back in :/

You could build up the motor to handle turbos or an SC if you wanted to. I wouldn't go the NA route with the car though. Any custom work will cost you a second mortgage, for not that much HP.

Also, if you don't have a budget or goals in mind, you'll just be wasting your money. Have a reasonable goal set WITH a budget first, then see what you can do to reach that goal...Unless money is no object for you, then do whatever you want. GL.

NA... I was thinking... I would love to SC or turbo but I don't think I wan to spend that kind money being that I have to buy motor on top of whatever I decide to do..

Stillen would be first on my list because of cost. There is also Top Speed but I havent seen reviews about that

How about cams?

That's uncharted territory for me, but here is a link that you may find interesting https://www.myg37.com/forums/engine-...at-prices.html

If you don't mind being catless, then +1 on the used FI long tubes.
Also, poor Kuro is still trying to sell those lol.
