Update: DriveShaft was a tad bit long it will get shorted down. I will most likely have my car good to go end of next week. Also I purchased the Jegs universal driveshaft safety loop for 24.00$ and it does work with our cars .

<div style="text-align:left;"></div><div style="text-align:left;">That’s cool about the safety loop. Would love to see where and how it’s mounted (I’m going to install one when I do the driveshaft upgrade) if you get a minute.</div><div style="text-align:left;">Also in for your review of the driveshaft. Mainly interested in your reaction to how daily driving (noises, etc) and overall impressions vs oem.</div><div style="text-align:left;">Thanks</div>

Drive shaft loop will be 6” from front u-joint. Bolted to the car.
Driveshaft is now at proper length. Will update you guys tomorrow most likely, gotta head to work. Then give me some time to write up a review after experiencing my car a tad bit. But I will let y’all know about first impressions.

Update: I have driven the car for two days now. There is a small increase in NVH but if you’re are along the same lines as me with poly bushings then it shouldn’t really affect you.
No harsh vibrations what so ever I have pushed the car to triple digits and the Driveshaft feels really well balanced.
I also had the pleasure to put my car on the Dyno hence the triple digits . Comparing to my last Dyno looks like torque was transferred to the wheels better. Hers the vid.
5th gear run.
Anymore questions feel free to ask. Again let me get some good amount of seat time to actually write up a thorough review.

Something I’ve done prior to the DS is sending a false signal to my knock sensor so I wasn’t able to get correct numbers. I know this because i dynoed my car back in December after all my poly mounts and baffled oil pan to make sure the engine was healthy still. We did several runs where my engine would pull timing up top and some runs it was fine. Idk if anyone else has experience this but I would like to know if I’m able to fix it as well. Also note I have month and half old gas, I took some damage to my mid pipes when my OEM DS blew. At the time of the first dyno i had brand new filters on the Gen 3’s and new spark plugs. Lots of variables but still I think it’s making decent power.
Before obviously
After. 4th gear looks to have gained some TQ.

Thanks for posting your graphs.
Sorry if this is redundant but was curious what mods are different between dyno runs? That’s great numbers you made. Is it just the driveshaft that’s different?

Supporting power mods yes... but i didn’t have my poly mounts and subframe incerts and baffled oil pan on the first Dyno graph. I think the vibrations are sending a false knock signal unless it’s coming from my clutch.

Yes you do man! Same guy from the Mt. Baker cruise. And I have some questions for you on your “sensors” in your grill... I want in lol. My CSC just blew so after that. Oh and the DS blew with a combination of wet spots and me being stupid so I was spinning and I think it hooked when I hit a dry spot, u joint snapped.
