Are everyone having problem getting scratch on their strut bar because of the hood?

I've got mine lowered as low as it will go and mine hits so yeah I got some scratches too... I think GT Spec could have done a better job with fitment.

Mine, scratched engine cover first, then I raised it a little just to avoid more scratches to the cover, and now it is all scratched because of the hood, not happy about it.

I noticed yesterday that there are a lot of scratches from the hood too.

I wonder if you cover it with a clear bra product would it make it harder to see the scratches?

Damn I want to order one next week...I think I may have to go function over looks on this one though. I've already got dings and sh&% from the track and freeways in Cali so I've given up on keeping the car perfect. It kinda feels good to just let go

HALF AZZ?? NAH... they did the best taht can be done i think..it was night and day with and without...i dont c any other companies making any....and its gunna be a while b4 the next one gets made...mine looks fine....people are worried bout there everyday driver having a few scuffs from the hood...like i said function over form...how many of you pop ur hoods at car shows with a stock motor bay??? exactly....

on G35's some require the engine cover 2 come off to fit proper...if the scuffing bothers u that much and it dont fit like oem, DONT BUY IT...its aftermarket...aftermarket is nowhere like oem...

once you touch something, it will never be the same...i think we all know that...anyways happy cornering everyone!!!

Ive met Mark from BC Racing many times, hes a stand up guy, always willing to test out fitments with roof spoilers and more upcoming products. the Strut Bar on my car btw has no Rubs or stratches, i lowered about a slightly more than half circle on the adjustment, and my engine cover isnt touching it nor is the hood.

Like NJlakeshore said. you buy a strut bar for stability performance anyways. you want ur engine bay to look pimp? then custom paint your bay.
