Glad to hear that fixed it for you. So, if you hear a difference in noise between clutch in and clutch out, then it should be checked out?

any of you guys think i would damage my clutch or transmission if i leave it going for like another 6 weeks? i still have school so there would not be another way for me to get to school if i go in to get it fixed.

^^Thats a good question, because they told me that my bearing seized. Is the noise from your car loud or not that loud. Mine was pretty loud, so if yours is and I am only guessing here then it would create a problem for your car. But I can't tell you definitely.

You keep the loaner until they are finished with your car. Had my loaner for 3 days. Dropped my car off Wednesday morning 7:45 and got my car back Friday 5:00, so as long as they have your car you have the loaner
Mine was pretty loud. If you take a look at the post I put up from Dr. Jones, mine was not as loud as his so, thats your decision. And yes the noise is only when the clutch is released.

^^hey pms, glad someone decided that noise is not acceptable on a brand new car. I've driven MT all my life and that's not normal sound coming from a brand new car.
question: do you remeber at what miles you started noticing the noise and did it get progressivley worse/louder?
