im on my third G37S Coupe...Black Betty Grounding wires...8 years old...they have always been connected to neg battery termal...engine block..2 throttle bodies ..and solid grounds on each fender...never an issue in three cars...I think they help..inxpensive upgrade to try..

Here is a 2ga wire massaged into the sensor housing. there is a small black piece holder piece to secure the sensor that needs to be trimmed and the hole needs to be massaged slightly and it will allow a 2ga wire to fit.
Just this upgrade alone gave me faster cranks and no issues at all nor extra wires in the bay.
