I was removing the steering wheel and trying to wrap the trim, however i pull out some assembly behind the wheel by accident , what's more is i broke some wire.....
i couldn't find anything online about how to fix this problem and i couldn't find the parts i need to replace either.
i was so dumb, the dumbest on earth.........really hope someone could help me out
How did you remove your steering wheel? Looks like you just ripped the clockspring out when you pulled off the wheel. My guess a wire from the SRS airbag was still stuck on a loom on the wheel or the connector for the accessory buttons was still attached to the clockspring when you yanked on it.
It's non serviceable so it will have to be replaced. I checked the usual orderinfinitiparts website but they don't have it for sale, however I did find it under another website supplier.
Refer to the service manual for replacement. I'm trying to find where it is as I can't find it under steering. I will look for it and add a link once I find it. EDIT: Ok I should have known to look under the airbag section http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G37/Coupe/2008/SR.pdf

No problem. Just heed warning to the service manual that improper install will snap the ribbon cables inside, which you'll have to fork over another few hundred bucks.

I'd suggest you shop that part number around a bit more, as the link shown above was rather on the high side. They are used in many Nissans as well as Infiniti models. A quick look online shows them priced anywhere from $270 to over $500, so google is your friend there.
Also, I'd see no reason why it isn't totally possible to get a used one from an auto salvage supplier (aka wrecking yard) for way less than new.
Actually I was thinking is it possible to repair the ribbon cable inside the clockspring, and it seems feasible. But i don't want to mess up again so i found the part somewhere else cheaper and ordered it instead.

Hi this happenes to me too but in my case tge ribbon didnt break or rip but i dont know how it was routed inside and cant put it back together can someone show me like a picture of how the ribbon is routed inside please. Can someone tell me or show me how the ribbon goes back on or how its routed, need help please its really urgent.

Hey man did you figure it out? I have the same problem.
You will never get the ribbon back into place. Trust me, save yourself a hell of a headache and just replace the spiral cable. There are tons on eBay. Just MATCH PART NUMBERS!

I actually just routed the cable in the clock spring and clipped it shut. Everything is working fine fine for me now. I could turn 2.5 times each direction before i felt any tension in the ribbon cable. So i knew it was safe as the steering only turns 360°. I just set the clock spring in the middle and put the steering back on. No lights on dash, all electronics working.
I agree with what ILM said. It can be quite tricky and sometimes impossible especially if you sever the ribbon.
Remember that the airbag wires have a specific resistance so if you sever the ribbon save yourself the headache and replace.
If you pop the ribbon out of place you might get lucky however take your time with this.
As far as the clockspring goes. Used units deliver for the most part and can be found for cheap if proper search is done.
Clock springs are a common item to break especially on the V35s. Good luck!
That was the one thing I was nervous about when I did the Q60 (CV37) steering wheel swap. In order to get the heated part and the built-in paddles to work I knew I was going to have to swap the clock spring. Thankfully, Nissan does not change much when it comes to parts...I got lucky...
