These fake vents are the ONE biggest styling drawback and I absolutely can't stand it from day 1. This is the stuff one would expect from a Sentra or something. I hope Infiniti or Stillen develop a vent-kit to fix this problem.

I totally agree, it's been a sore spot for me too. Biggest pain is they get hit by rocks and what not leaving white spots requiring constant cleaning, and it's not an easy wipe off thanks to the ridges. Tight mesh wouldn't match, what we need is matching mesh with a little elbow venting behind it.
The Zele kit replaces them with a tighter mesh kit all around but I'll bet still solid on the sides just not as noticeably fake.
