Tint appointment next weekend
3M gloss black in transit for window trim wrap
Diode Dynamic LED everything in transit
Contemplating Hotchkis sway bars, no plan for springs right now
Contemplating short ram intakes for easy maintenance

The steering wheel on the car is rubbed down/glossy, no peeling yet. I plan on changing it, but dealership said its not damaged enough for warranty. I wanted to see if anyone has experience with these cheap wraps I found? I bought one, unfortunately delivery won't be for another 2-3 weeks.

Thanks and looking forward to talking to you all!

Chain mail gloves

Seriously though, my 2007 has only one scratch on the shifter and no wear on the steering wheel. Must have been using a death grip on that thing.

I think that the one you linked looks great! Hopefully it'll come out looking like that. It also looks like it fattens up the steering wheel a bit which it great for people like me with big paws. I may do that to my car!

Hey I know this is a pretty old thread but i was wondering if the OP had any pictures of the new wrapped steering wheel and maybe their thoughts on the process .. ive been watching a few videos on this stuff (stitching a new cover) and it looks like a very "doable" project.

Nice ^
Report back with how it goes. I actually ordered one as well yesterday, but from the china store as it was way cheaper.

Did you get that one on amazon prime for $60?

I've done this 2 times now. The videos make it look super easy, as if you could actually do it without taking the wheel off, and I don't see that happening. This can be done, but you need a good amount of patience and time. Each time took me numerous hours of labor to get it how I wanted (probably like 6-8 hours total). I'm sure you could rush through it, but the result won't be great. Also, the "grey" stitching they give you is basically tan and does not match the sport stitching.

Here is the first one finished:

I purchased an extra wheel to do mine so I wrapped the second one and will be selling it soon.
