I don't know the local market, but that just seems kind of high

what price should i offer ?

Said Amir 05-09-2019 02:56 AM

That’s too expensive for a 2011 with almost 80k miles and it has a accident reported which will decrease the value by a lot. I would say 12-13k. Also consider the minor maintenance that you will do for it to be 100% I don’t see the CarFax but if it has been maintained throughout its life that that’s one thing you don’t have to worry about.

I'd always be semi-leery when accident history is involved. If the dealer is reputable I'd feel a little better. 12,599 is more reasonable but I'd probably still shoot a little lower or perhaps convince them to throw in additional warranty. The upside is its not just the x but the xS so you get the added benefit of big breaks, sport wheels, suspension etc...Any idea what what you'd expect out of your car in sale/trade?

Yup. Def. have them throw in a warranty.

Or looks elsewhere. Carmax?
