Can you guys tell me how I did?

I've always been curious if I got a good deal or not since this was my first ever Infiniti and car payment. 2008 platinum graphite G37 Journey with navigation and premium packages, lighted door sills, first aid kit, trunk mat, cargo net, stone interior, one owner, 7600 miles, clean carfax. KBB value at the time was over $33,000. I paid $25,500 on May 5, 2011. Bought in Pennsylvania from Bobby Rahal Lexus. Comments please, negative or positive. You didn't get ripped off, but didn't get a steal. Missing the Sport package may suck though...

Low mileage is good!

Besides missing the sport package that's a hell of deal if you paid that out the door.

I paid the dealer $25,500 including dealer fees. I live in Maryland and with taxes and fees that added around another $1,700.

I wasn't really pressed about getting the sport package because Maryland roads are terrible and when you're buying used you have to take what you can get. Over here on the east coast we have slim pickings when it comes to rear wheel drive coupes because winter can get brutal sometimes. The low mileage was really important because I drive about 18,000 miles a year and I didn't want to be making payments on a car with over a 100,000 miles on it. When I was looking there were no low mileage, low priced sport models for sale, at least anywhere near me.

Damn. I've had my car 6 months and have that many miles.

Sounds like a good deal to me.

I think you did alright. Fair and reasonable. You didn't get ripped off, but definitely not a steal either. The low mileage is really sweet. The other options you listed aren't anything major. Only things that mean something are the navi, premium, illuminated door sills. If I were you I would be pretty pleased with the deal. On a side note, should have gotten sports package as well. Sports = BBK, sports seats, LSD, sports bodykit and some other goodies.

Oh btw congratz on the purchase and welcome to the forum.

I wanted everything that comes with the sports package except for the sports ride and added price. I never drove a coupe with the sport package but the ride I have now is quite nice.

I think you got a great deal! An 08 with 7600 miles? Doesn't get any better than that!

I don't know why some people are saying its an "ok" deal. This is a really good deal for a low mileage car. I doubt others who think its "ok" can show you a better deal than this. Just my $0.02.
