2007 G35x to G37x Question

2007 G35x to G37x Question
Hey everyone,
So i currently own a 2007 G35x Sedan with 70,000 miles that has $8,500.00 left on the loan. I was getting ready to order some parts for modification like suspension, new headlights (all yellow and cracked), tires, rims etc.
My question is would other members trade in the G35x and get a newer G37x with less miles.
There is nothing wrong with my G35 and I have already invested some money in 60,000 mile services, plus there is really minor differences between my 2007 G35x and a 2012 G37x.
Opinions?
