Return of MSD's
 

I just spoke with Infiniti and they said that I will not receive my MSD's when I turn the vehicle in and that it could take up to 6 weeks to receive that. Has anyone had any bad experiences with this and not getting the full amount back? I feel like I am back in college and wanting to get my full damage deposit back from them. I understand that an inspection will happen and that I either fix the items or it will be deducted from the MSD's. My thing is what if that is done and then they still deduct monies from my full MSD's. They have the car so I have no levrage at that point. I guess I will need to get something in writing from the dealer when I turn my vehicle in that I will receive my full MSD back and that way if I do not then I have something to fall back on.

Sorry, this is my first lease ever. I do not plan on leasing another Infiniti either.
