Price Check on 08' G37S 6 Speed Coupe

Hello everyone, new user here. I currently own an 08' turbo Civic Si and I've been interested in purchasing a 370Z or G37S since I'm about to finish school and am moving into a full-time computer engineering job.

My friend's fiance works at an Infiniti dealership and she said they just got a trade-in on a grey '08 G37S 6 speed coupe.

List Price: $26,997
Miles: 27,596
Carfax: CARFAX Vehicle History Report for this 2008 INFINITI G37/JOURNEY/SPORT

She's not in sales and is just trying to help me out. She was thinking they could probably do $25000 OTD including tax and TTL. Not sure if that's a good deal or not. She said maintenance records look clean.

I'm definitely into modding, so the car would eventually get a drop/rims, and supercharger or turbo later on.

From what I've seen in some simple searches, 6 speed coupes are quite a bit harder to find than automatics. Any comments or advice is appreciated.

I just purchased a '08 S, 6MT with all of the packages. The mileage was twice the car your looking at and I paid around $25K OTD. So, IMO, the price looks good. There definately seems to be a premium for 6MT's.

I also have a tuned Civic Si (07 Coupe), and am about to buy a 2008 Sport 6 speed M/T from a private party. I think the price is a little high because it is at a dealer, if you can find a private person you will get a better deal. I am getting one for $21,000 , but it has 49,000 miles on it. I think the price I saw on consumer reports was $22,500 for the 08 sport for a good price. The dealer is always a rip off, but it also very hard to find a used Sport with a manual trans. Good luck man.
