Which is a better deal

I've been looking around the pacific northwest for a used g37s and came across two that caught my eye.

First one is from an Infiniti dealer and it is an 08 white g37s with nav and asking price is $34,881 with 26,000 mi and it is certified

The other one is at an acura dealer and their selling an 08 g37s for $29,999 with about 19,000 mi

which one is a better deal? I can go for either color and nav isn't that important to me. Is going certified worth the money?

Please state the specific packages each vehicle comes equipped with. If it only comes with nav, then they are all too much!!

If both cars are fully loaded, then isn't it obvious which is the better deal? The one with fewer miles and lower price. I don't think getting a certified car is worth 7k miles and almost $5k. However, those are asking prices? The negotiated prices might change the comparison.
