OPINIONS? I'm loosing sleep at night...

Just joined the INFINITI side. Been an Acura guy forever. Anyway this weekend traded in my '06 6spd TSX and got $1,500 equity paid another $2500 cash total to Lease a White/Graphite 2010 Brand New G37X Sedan with Premium noNAV...12kmiles, 39mos @ $369/mo tax included... Got New Jersey dealer to throw in illuminated kicks as Memorial Day special. It's already a done deal, like car's in driveway, but I always get buyer's remorse with major purchases.

Any opinions on the deal? Especially didn't help when I was on Youtube and Pepe Infiniti is advertising a G37xPrem sedan at $299/mo??? :dunno:

as far as leasing goes, I can't speak directly to it b/c I have never done it...but in general terms people need to stop looking only at $$/month and look more at the interest you are paying.

Who cares if the monthly payments are $150 or even $299 if you are paying 20+% in interest?!

pepe infiniti probably had A LARGE DOWN payment...dont lose sleep over it

You need to know ALL the numbers of that deal. I can get you a lease for the same car for $1 mo if I play with the numbers. You must take into account the down payment, cap cost, MF, #miles per year... Sound like you got a good deal. Enjoy your car.

If you're 'loosing' sleep at night you should tighten that up:icon17:

Regarding your car though, sounds to me like you got a pretty good deal, so don't sweat it and go out and enjoy the car! I think a little acceleration will cure you of your remorse blues.

go to pepe infiniti website and read the fine print.......they want ATLEAST $4000 total out of pocket.

dont lose sleep, you got a good deal.

regardless of whether you got a good deal or not, the deal is done. just enjoy the car and from what other ppl have said looks like you got a good deal, people on this forum know best

There will always be a better deal. Seems like you didn't really know how a lease works. I'm willing to bet you didn't get a good deal (the lowest price) because you don't seem to know about how leases work. So in the end if you were happy...be happy.

Sounds like a pretty good deatl to me! Enjoy your car, I have enjoyed mine (coming from another very long term Acura owner)!

Pepe's latest deal is requires $4k down, $339/month + tax for the Journey with Premium Package. This is for 10k miles/year.

12k miles typically adds about $10/month to the payment, which gets you up to $349. Add taxes, and you're about where you are. So there you have it - you did just fine if your concern is matching dealer ads. People are always going to do better or worse than you on a lease, so don't fret too much. If you're financially ok with the payments and like the car, then enjoy it for the next 3 years or so and don't worry about it.
