When will the APR special's come from Infiniti?

I was wondering when the APR deals will start to show up? I know for the 07 G35 Coupe, I didn't see any APR specials until 3-4 month's from the G37 launch.

Are the APR deals through any of the numerous bank's that Infiniti goes through? Or is it from Infiniti directly?
