Of course, I guess I was just being obnoxious due to the excitement for the update on the new build!!
I can understand your excitement, it's been way too long since I've been able to go back to the track. Hopefully things will progress well in the next few months!
Rochester is gonna see this and ask when your going to detail that engine bay. HA
I think I only cleaned the engine bay once in the 3 years it was boosted. That is one of the least important things to do, I'd rather be driving the car.

Teardown of the old setup is pretty much complete. The AAM TT was bagged, tagged, and shipped to it's new owner. Hopefully he enjoys many smiles per hour with it as well!
As expected, the old block suffered headgasket failure due to combustion.
Some scarring of the cylinder walls.
The heads will be stripped and sent out for a refresh, then reassembly will start.
Great progress update, Tony. Can't wait to see more of the new build soon.
Hit a slight delay - decided on upgrading to Ferrea valves but there is a 2-3 week wait for them. But I wasn't expecting to see the car running until end of May so is it really a delay? 🤔
