What is going to happen with the tire sensors if I swap both sets of wheels ? Would it be ok since both are Infiniti stock wheels or do I have to take it somewhere to reset the sensors ?
Also what are the best all season tires for those wheels ?

Not 100% sure, but the IPL sensors, since they are a newer model will probably not be compatible, not sure which year they changed but I'm fairly certain you will need to use sensors for the year range that your 08 sensors fall into. Best All seasons is a question w/ many correct answers, BFG Sport Comp 2 get good reviews for a good price, Continental DWS06 & Michelin Pilot Sport A/s are good choices for higher cost.
