I'd also add Bridgestone S0-4 pole position, BFG Sport Comp 2, and Kumho Ecsta PS91 as tires to consider.
b thx for the read- good info

I'd also add to shop Costco. I got pilot super sports cheaper at Costco than I could find them anywhere else once.

I've been getting 15-16K out of PSS on both sets of sizes 225/50 and 245/45/18 and 245/40 and 275/35/19. The cost difference of the PSS was offset by the longer tread life I experienced.
Not to bad - in vegas I average 1000 miles a month of this DD
Tires would last about a year & a half -

About 50ish a month for tires in average lol

If you generally get the upper metric of a rating then you'll see similar results. If you're a binary driver, expect [much] less.

I replaced the stock re050a with pss at ~18.5K miles. There was easily enough tread to make it to 23-25K but was concerned about issues in the rain. Sold the old tires locally for ~$200.

That’s true - I’m heavy on gas off light & take corners aggressively-

Staggered 8.5 front 245/35/20
10 rear 275/30/30

How much negative camber are all u guys running

Prior to new tires had -1 camber both left & right in rear

After alignment seems like almost zero camber
I can tell tires don’t hang turns as well with lil to no neg camber

Would definitely get your car aligned prior to your new tire purchase or shortly after. I'd shoot for camber in the -1.5 range give or take a couple tenths w/ toe in spec. Since you tend to do higher speed cornering you will benefit from the added camber and within reason you should expect reasonable wear. BTW, what tires are you running now?
Here's the list from tirerack for those staggered sizes in Max performance summers, the Sumitomo HTRZ III is a pretty good price right now, they aren't top of the heap but depending on what tires you're running now may be a significant improvement.

Achilles were 90$ on sale at tire shop
They are cheapos was to good of a deal for 2 new ones

Same nexxens were 187

A lil negative camber felt better for cornering

Those Sumitomos would be a pretty good improvement over your current tires, are the ones you're running All-Seasons? If so, that improvement would be real significant.

Sumitomos aren't a big name over here but they are a Japan-sourced product and good quality for the price.
